Guests are bond to Broga Leisure Homestay & Broga Kampung Chalet rules & regulations upon entering our premises.
The Management will not at any time or in any manner be responsible and/or liable for any injury, fatality, sickness or accident howsoever caused, or for any losses or damaged of any kind of whatsoever arising out of (whether directly or indirectly) the use of homestay facilities.
Visitors (Friends or family members) which didn't make reservation are not allow to come in.
Both main gate will close at 10pm for safety reasons, visitors are not advise to go out at late night.
All vehicles are parked at the owners risk. Should a problem occur with a vehicle in the Homestay car park, the Management cannot accept any liability.
Do not Litter.
Do not smoke in indoor area such as living hall and homestay rooms.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times at swimming pool, pond, river & suspension bridge.
Unruly, disruptive or offensive behaviour and profanity is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Violators may be asked to leave the homestay without a refund.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the Homestay's property or structure.
Homestay keepers are not responsible for tasks such as dish washing, BBQ grilling and child guarding for guests.
Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any rides or attractions, restrict the number of visitors, cancel or amend any activities and reservation without prior notice.
