30 days before check in date, 100% of total payment made will be fully refund.
15 days to 29 days before check in date, 50% of total payment made will be forfeited, balance will refund.
1 day to 14 days before check in date, 100% of total payment made will be forfeited.
Refund will take several weeks to complete on the following month. (example: cancel on Jan, refund on Feb)
If postponed,
Postpone is allow by informing us in 15 days to 29 days before check in date, with acceptable strong reason and proof provided, else will be considered cancel and the fee will be forfeited.
Postpone for 2nd time is not allow.
Postpone, will be given another 90 days to pick new date from initial check in date.
